Meet Ilse

Order processor in the Engineering team for 9 years

As an order processor, I play a central role between the sales & project engineers and the production, purchase & logistics teams.

After working here for almost a decade, the job is still challenging to me due to the combination of administrative and technical tasks. The social aspect is important too: I really appreciate the closeness in our team and the international contacts across our many sales offices.

It’s very satisfying to see that many young people get the chance to start their career at stow and fully develop themselves here professionally. Due to the fast growth and innovative spirit of stow, many colleagues have the opportunity to grow within stow. I have shared my knowledge with many new Rack Stars over the years, a very fulfilling task!
