What do we expect from you?
Your tasks & responsibilities
Tests, maintains and repairs the company’s shuttle systems at customer sites, coldstores included.
Assists customers, end-users and integrators with L1 and L2 service at the stow Robotics’ helpdesk on the phone and through remote connection.
Provides customer training in classroom and hands-on settings.
Assists the commissioning team to successfully commission Atlas2D systems on the phone, through remote connection and on site when necessary.
Detects and reports commercial Service opportunities (spare parts and service packs).
Bachelor Electromechanics or relevant experience
Available to travel short periods abroad (maximum Monday-Friday)
English required, French – Dutch is a strong plus
Computer skills: MS Office + Teams, willing to learn custom software packets
Social, eager to learn, customer focused mindset
