As a student at our Operational Excellence department you will support our Operational Excellence team with the implementation of the stow Milestone Performance System. Together with your mentor, you will handle one topic of interest to focus on during your time at stow.
Your tasks & responsibilities
- You will support our Operational Excellence team with implementing the stow Milestone Performance System.
- You will focus on one Milestone based on your interests together with your mentor.
- You will need to understand how our factory runs by listing to our employees and asking questions about the process.
- You will make analyzations related to your Milestone subject.
- You are responsible for motivating and ensuring that everyone works according to the QSHE standards, policies, instructions and local legislation to ensure that all work is done in a safe, efficient, and qualitative way.
- You are willing to speak in French and English on a daily basis.
