The Maintenance Planner is responsible to organize the preventive maintenance, guarantee the continuity of the maintenance and production process and to realize projects within the field of maintenance.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
- Plan maintenance task, considering: safety, resource, spare-parts and tools
- Schedule maintenance based on priorities together with the gate keeper
- Optimize scheduling by considering production and maintenance requirements
- Check and follow-up the availability of labour, equipment and materials to manage the backlog
- Check that work resources allow a safe execution of all tasks by considering hazardous substances, asbestos, material safety data sheet, confined spaces, fire permits, lockout tasks, work permits,..
- Prepare a file for each task including all documents
- Manage the documentation for standard tasks in Hello Houston
- Support group work to minimize the equipment down time, logistics time,…
- Are present at the shop floor during preventive maintenance
