The Maintenance Manager is responsible for organizing the daily maintenance, guaranteeing the continuity of the maintenance and production process, realizing projects within the field of maintenance, and optimizing the maintenance production process.
As a Maintenance Manager, you:
- Detect and solve technical problems and support the employees in finding the cause.
- Prepare preventive maintenance solutions and ensure their implementation.
- Manage and follow up on problems regarding maintenance within the Works Council and the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work.
- Manage up to 40 employees within maintenance to maximize motivation and efficiency, and to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
- Keep him/herself continuously up to date on the evolutions within the field of expertise and keep his/her knowledge up to date in function of new developments.
