We are looking for an experienced and proactive payroll professional who can independently manage payroll operations and associated processes while serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
Your responsibilities :
- Responsible for the monthly payroll in accordance with our payroll procedures.
- Responsible for drawing up the correct employment contracts
- Responsible for onboarding of newcomers in alignment with our company culture.
- Keep track of time registration for our employees using Protime
- Manage the administration of salaries and benefits in consultation with the social secretariat sd Worx
- Tracking and recording training courses in our L&D tool
- Be the support and main contact for employees for all practical issues related to their personal file (remuneration, insurance, benefits, social/work legislation…)
- Harmonize employees’ compensation and benefits packages
- Work in close collaboration with the different partners: social secretariat, legal advisors, lawyers… in order to comply with the legislation in force (update knowledge and new developments in social/employment law)
- Communicate with other central services (accounting, office management) and third parties (employees, car lessors) for the feet management (leasing)
