Process Engineer

Description

The Process Engineer is responsible for the coordination with purchasing and production. He/she keeps an eye on the production process and handles the improvements when needed.

What do we expect from you?

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Release new and adapted products into production in a coordinated manner

  • Coordination with purchasing and production:

    • Define specific requirements and tolerances

    • Matching requirements with available production methods

    • Indication of which sizes are important

    • Definition of control methods and possible tooling / gauges

    • Ensure compliance with both internal and external protocols 

  • Manage costs and time constraints

  • Review used production process for efficiency and determine potential for process improvement

  • Good cooperation with purchasing / production to ensure smooth handling of the implementation

Profile

  • You have a Master’s degree in Engineering - Electromechanics

  • You have experience with Project Management

  • You are fluent in Dutch, English and French

  • You can work with AutoCAD and Office365

  • You are a teamplayer and dynamic

  • You take initiative and you work in a structured and precise way
