What do we expect from you?

Managing and maintaining calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Organisation of meetings and events
Managing incoming and outgoing communications as well as answering, filter and forward incoming calls
Receiving and interacting with potential incoming visitors
Providing administrative support: preparing correspondence, editing and translating documents and presentations, planning,...
Delivering written content for social media, LinkedIn, internal communications, ...
Furthermore, we are looking for a colleague with following skill set
Able to communicate (both written and spoken) in Dutch, English and French. Knowledge of German is certainly a plus
You have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
You have excellent communication and organisational skills.
You are proactive, adaptive and a real team-player
You can cope with stress, are highly discreet and able to respect confidentiality of meeting discussions.
