Recruitment Coördinator France
The recruitment coordinator is responsible for assisting in finding and hiring suitable candidates to fill open job opportunities within IFollow. He/she will be responsible for all admin work related to soft HR. He/she will assist in planning and organizing various events & projects related to recruitment.
What do we expect from you?
Your tasks & responsibilities
Interacting with recruitment team to identify job openings and prepare job descriptions and requirements.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls.
Posting job openings on media and social media outlets.
Finding and filtering appropriate job applicants and performing reference checks.
Planning of intake meetings with agencies/preferred partners
Extending job offers and arranging the relevant documents.
Compiling reports on recruitment for the HR department.
Ensure all internal reporting is completed accurately and on time
Participating in recruitment events, such as career fairs, stow soirées, job events,…
Assisting in organizing HR events such Introduction days, Hr days,…
Assisting in identifying training requirements
Responsible for (soft) HR related admin work
MSc or BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field (communication, languages, office management, economics, … )
Proven work experience in a similar role of minimum 1 year (trainee)
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (such as LinkedIn)
Hands-on experience in administration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, every other language is considered a plus
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
