HR Marketeer


The Recruiter will support the HR Department in all duties related to HR Marketing

What do we expect from you?

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the content on our own jobsite

  • Design Job Descriptions that reflects each position’s requirements

  • Post Job Ads on different platforms, After thinking out the media strategy, you start setting up and activating the online campaign. By using the right targeting, you, as online performance marketer, ensure that you reach the right target group with the corresponding budget.

  • Organizing  HR Events and Campaigns

  • Content writing for our HR Activities like website, Internal Communication, Linkedin

  • To provide our gadgets, promotional material, jobfairs

  • Making a content calendar and a HR marketing strategy

  • Assist in Employer Branding initiatives

  • Assist in all soft related topics on HR


  • Knowledge of SEA and SEO, experience with social media advertising, reporting and dashboards

  • As an expert, you know exactly which channels work best for the target group

  • Proven work experience in a similar role of minimum 1 year

  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (such as LinkedIn), PPC campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & Google hold no secrets for you

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French & English (German is a plus)

  • In addition, you enjoy working independently, but also in a team.

  • Experience with project work

  • A higher education degree (bachelor or master) in marketing, sales or communication.

  • Experience in recruitment is a plus.
