The Order Processor prepares the sold projects for production/purchase.

What do we expect from you?

Tasks & Reponsibilities

  • Follows the predetermined planning and priorities, drawn up by the Coordinator.

  • Check if received production drawings for Non-standard articles comply with the general guidelines for technical design of metal structures (specifying shape and position tolerances, weld symbols and surface treatments). And send feedback to the responsible draftsman/engineer.

  • Enters the correct data per project and ensures the distribution of the necessary documents.

  • For non-standard products he/she works out an optimal routing in SAP with a determination of the production times, in consultation with the Production and Purchase Department.

Profile

  • You have a technical background

  • You want to work in a 50% technical job and 50% administrative job

  • You are analytical, communicative, punctual

  • You have a basic knowledge of AutoCAD

  • You can propose new technical solutions

  • You are fluent in English and Dutch

  • You are willing to speak French

  • The knowledge of German is a plus

  • The knowledge of SAP is a plus
