After Sales Engineer
The aftersales engineer manages the activities of the service department where s/he guards the delivery of services to both internal and external customers. S/he plans and organizes the services in order to offer a correct and smooth customer service. The interventions of the service department will concern interventions in the context of maintenance contracts, malfunction interventions both under guarantee and outside the guarantee, commissioning of mobiles and shuttles.
What do we expect from you?
To follow up the strategy for the technical services to customers defined by the Aftersales Manager and act according to objectives set by Aftersales Manager. Repairs the company’s shuttle systems and mobile racks.
Offer maintenance solutions/contracts under Aftersales Manager’s supervision in cooperation with the sales team of stow Turkey.
Coordinating and organizing the different activities of the department according to the priorities and the needs of the customer in order to provide an efficient service that meets the quality requirements of the customers.
Supporting supply chain activities of shuttle components if necessary.
Improving the various systems and tools within the Aftersales department if needed.
