Job Description

Based in Ovar, Portugal, you will provide support to Supply Chain operations

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Daily check Sales Orders and liaise with multiple internal stakeholders, both national and international, to assure shipping lead times
  • Issue Production requisitions to local plant and other Group plants
  • Issue Purchasing requisitions to external suppliers
  • Register received materials in the ERP
  • Issue intercompany invoices
  • Issue scrap Sales Orders, invoices and shipping guides
  • Plan and execute inventory cycle counting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Detail-oriented mindset for critical analysis
  • User-level knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and ERPs, namely SAP or InforLN
  • Solid English language skills, both verbal and written
