Job Description

As a Service Coordinator, you are responsible for the preparation, follow-up and invoicing of service orders and service contracts. A strong knowledge of SAP is key. You are part of the Back Office team and work closely together with the Regional Service Managers, the Corporate Service Team and the Sales Department. You work in our headquarters in Spiere-Helkijn.

Your tasks & responsibilities:

  • Receives service and spare part orders from customers and creates and follows up these orders in SAP and when completed, he/she prepares the invoices. He/she also takes care of the spare parts communication with the warehouse and the spare parts transport.
  • Receives spare part requests from service technicians and in cooperation with the warehouse ensures that these spare parts are sent to the service technicians.
  • Supports the Sales Department when they have questions about stock.
  • Organizes service requests in a way that a proper follow-up can be guaranteed.
  • Takes over tasks from other Back Office employees in busy or holiday periods.

Qualifications

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equal by experience
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. 
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. German is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • You have strong organizational skills.
