The Global Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of impactful and successful business-to-business (B2B) events on an international scale. Your tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and implement global event and conference strategies
- Develop and oversee tradeshow and event guidelines
- Plan, manage, and oversee the end-to-end execution of B2B events, including conferences, seminars, trade shows, workshops, product launches, and networking events.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and task lists to ensure flawless execution.
- Lead on-site event execution, overseeing set-up, registration, staff coordination, speaker management, and overall event logistics
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, accommodations, and on-site staff
- Project Lead for global Tier 1 tradeshows (LogiMAT, Modex, Promat) cross-functional with local Marketing Manager
- Plan and execute Internal events
- Supervise and report Marketing team activities
