As our Sales Manager, Racking & Semi-Automation
• With the help of our engineering team, you are responsible for the complete chain of sales activities, including proposals, calculations, and quotations.
• Initiate business opportunities with existing and new distributors and integrator partners for pallet racking, our Atlas 1D and Mobile Racking semi-automated solutions.
• Travel approximately 35-50% within the assigned territory.
• Create and present individual customer solutions and keep a strong focus on closing the order.
• Work in a consultative manner to offer solutions with a strong value proposition.
• Drive the internal development of the solution, e. g., specify and request internal and external structural calculations, drawings, etc.
• Lead and coordinate focused product specific sales & marketing efforts – based on the geography in your territory
• Train our distributor sales team and technical staff in collaboration with our technical backup and product management team.
• Participate in domestic trade shows (Promat & Modex) and distributor sales events to promote our products.
• Assist with monthly and yearly forecasting/reporting
• Reports to the North American Sales Director or Vice President of Sales
