Job Description

Regional HR Manager responsibilities include supervising HR teams, Talent Management, implementing company policies and designing employees’ compensation and benefits plans.

To be successful in this role, you should have a good knowledge of local & regional labor regulations and experience with Human Resources Management. Ultimately, you will ensure we build and maintain a strong local and regional employer brand:

  • Accountable for the overall leadership and management of the Human Resources in the Nordics Region in line with the group strategy.
  • Accountable as HR Manager for the Country/Region
  • Responsible for Regional Recruitment, Talent Management, Succession Planning & Retention Management.
  • Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Responsible for monthly payroll reporting to HQ. (coordination of the countries) including new hires, terminations, comp & ben.
  • Ensure correct payroll process and time registration in their country/Region/Division
  • Recruitment of staff for the region in line with the group strategy.
  • Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs.
  • Set performance standards and evaluate local & regional HR teams
  • Harmonize employees’ compensation and benefits packages for the region.
  • Define onboarding procedures in alignment with our company culture.
  • Implement employer branding activities (e.g. host a recruitment event).
  • Prepare and manage HR budget.
  • Design and implement company policies that comply with our business objectives.
  • Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards.
  • Support managers on day-to-day issues.
  • Coordinate organization-wide strategies and objectives
  • End responsible for region/division
  • Coordinate Trade Union and Labor relations
  • Follow up Contracts and procedures according to Labor regulations
  • Coordinate Fleet Management
  • Business Partner for local & regional Management
  • Member of the Management Board

Qualifications

  • Able to work from Kolding or Copenhagen (Denmark)
  • MSc or BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Proven work experience in a similar role of minimum 5 years
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (such as LinkedIn)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, payroll and time registration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
