The QSHE Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support to the central QHSE department and supports all plants in the stow Group in handling the administration around quality related non-conformities. He/she:
- Motivates internal stakeholders to work according to the QHSE standards, instructions and procedures.
- Assists with the preparation of ISO Audits and assists with internal audits and the follow up of actions.
- Material certificate handling.
- Planning medical examinations and vaccinations.
- Helps with the administration around work related accidents.
- Handles non-conformities reported by the sales affiliates, gathers data and steers these towards the responsible plants/departments for further investigation.
- Investigates non-technical non-conformities and reports these accordingly.
- Creates non-conformity reports towards suppliers.
- Inputs data around non-conformities in SAP including internal financial transactions.
- Supports all departments to get all data, procedures, documents, instructions they would require.
- Keeps the SharePoint and SAP database up to date and accurate.
- Helps with the environmental requirements within stow around waste and packaging (waste collection & registration, Val-i-pac, …).
- Creates Quality cockpit report.
- Create purchase requisitions for QHSE related material/training.
- Other general administrative tasks.
- Performs GEMBA walks in the plant in Belgium to find improvement opportunities.
