We are looking for a multi-task support professional with strong service orientation to join our Corporate Service team. This role is key to ensuring smooth back-office operations and supporting transformation projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support daily back-office operations
- Provide assistance to the management team (performance reviews, holiday requests, expenses, interviews)
- Handle requests from service managers and affiliates
- Follow up on open orders (Stow & Movu), resolve stock issues, and perform inventory adjustments
- Manage SAP activities and ensure accurate stock management
- Investigate escalations and provide solutions
- Act as backup for service director, planners, and coordinators
- Prepare onboarding for new technicians and liaise with R&D for field testing
- Maintain strong customer relations and stay connected with field teams
