Job Description

As student at our Marketing department you will support our Marketing team with internal communications and marketing activities related to HR

  • Being responsible for the content on our own jobsite www.growwithstow.be
  • Posting Job Ads on different platforms, after thinking out the media strategy, you start setting up and activating the online campaign. By using the right targeting, you, as online performance marketer, ensure that you reach the right target group with the corresponding budget.
  • Supporting the organization of our HR Events and Campaigns
  • Content writing for our HR Activities like website, Internal Communication, Linkedin
  • Providing our gadgets, promotional material, jobfairs
  • Making a content calendar and a HR marketing strategy
  • Assisting in Employer Branding initiatives and soft related topics on HR

Qualifications

  • You are following a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication, hr,…
  • You are looking for an internship, thesis assignment or a student job for at least 3 or 6 months.
  • You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, English and French.
  • You are a team player, flexible and a good communicator.
  • You are hands-on and take ownership.
  • You are willing to work in an international environment.
