Job Description

Are you an organized and customer-focused professional with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a dynamic international environment where accuracy and communication are key? Join our team as an Internal Sales and play a vital role in ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction!

Your Responsibilities

  • Process incoming orders in SAP with precision and efficiency
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and make adjustments to orders when needed
  • Coordinate production and delivery dates with production planning, transport planning, and customers
  • Assist the finance team in monitoring and following up on payments to ensure smooth financial transactions
  • Prepare credit notes and assist with monthly financial closing in collaboration with the finance team
  • Handle complaints and process them accurately in SAP
  • Print and prepare specific load labels for dispatch (on request)
  • Generate and share order intake and planning reports to customer

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • Experience in order processing, customer service, or logistics (SAP knowledge is a plus!)
  • You preferably speak/read/write 4 languages (NL/EN/DE/FR), but at least NL/EN.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset and team-player attitude
