Job Description

The Improvement Project Manager is in charge of working out different investment proposals and leads OpEx and CapEx projects.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Elaborates investment proposals from A to Z. He/She sets up a business case including a planning schedule and coordinates the implementation of the proposal.
  • Follows up and supports prototype tests and troubleshoots issues
  • Defines Standard Operating Procedures to define a safe, ergonomic and efficient work environment.
  • Takes the lead in different improvement projects. He/She provides trainings for internal clients.
  • Supports Operational Excellence projects within stow.
  • Assists with product- and process qualifications.
  • Creates cost and optimization studies.
  • Follows up the uptime of qualified processes.
  • Supports energy saving initiatives.


Your profile

  • You have a Master’s degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering
  • You have at least 3 year’s of experience in a similar position.
  • You are fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus.
  • You are hands-on, result-driven and a problem solver.
