The Improvement Project Manager is in charge of working out different investment proposals and leads OpEx and CapEx projects.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Elaborates investment proposals from A to Z. He/She sets up a business case including a planning schedule and coordinates the implementation of the proposal.
- Follows up and supports prototype tests and troubleshoots issues
- Defines Standard Operating Procedures to define a safe, ergonomic and efficient work environment.
- Takes the lead in different improvement projects. He/She provides trainings for internal clients.
- Supports Operational Excellence projects within stow.
- Assists with product- and process qualifications.
- Creates cost and optimization studies.
- Follows up the uptime of qualified processes.
- Supports energy saving initiatives.
