We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with a strong focus on administrative tasks. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations by handling documentation, maintaining employee records, and providing general administrative support to the HR team.
Your responsibilities :
You will support the HR team with the day-to-day administration that keeps our people operations strong and reliable such as :
- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
- Preparing employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documentation
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes so new colleagues feel welcome and departures are handled correctly
- Managing leave requests, sickness records, and time registrations
- Assisting with payroll administration by providing accurate data and documentation
- Keeping track of training records
- Acting as a first point of contact for employee HR-related questions
- Ensuring all HR processes comply with legal and internal guidelines
- Working closely with HR colleagues, payroll partners, and managers
