As an After Sales Representative you will play a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction, acting as a technical partner to our valued clients, managing their inquiries, coordinating with internal Technical and Backoffice teams, and handling clients’ concerns, to ensure a long-term relationship.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the order portfolio of the existing customers and look for new market opportunities, autonomously in own region
- Liaise with Technical team to prepare inspections, repairs and spare-parts quotes, and present them to clients
- Schedule inspections with clients, inspects the technical condition of their warehouse racks and draft the inspections reports
- Coordinate repairs with Backoffice team, to assure all issues are addressed swiftly
- Regularly follow-up with clients and assess sales opportunities
- Strive for developing a solid long-term relationship with clients, acting as technical partner for warehouse racks
