Job Description

For stow Robotics we are looking for a motivated Admin Buyer, with a high interest in the world of automatization, with a focus on supplier relations and general expenditures including office supplies, travel, … .

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services this by keeping track of all open purchase orders. Additionally you provide administrative support to the procurement team, by organizing, coordinating and assisting them in their daily workload.

Tasks and responsibilities :

– Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
– Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs and requirements, and manage the purchasing process for office supplies, travel, and other general expenses.
– Identify opportunities for process improvements, and implement best practices in purchasing and supplier management.
– Manage purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
– Develop and maintain a database of supplier information, including pricing, terms and conditions, and performance metrics.
– Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and accounting, to ensure accurate and timely recording of purchasing transactions and expenses.


Qualifications and experience :
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and committed
Take initiative and proactively approach problems.
Ability to build positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Experience in working with purchase order systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other purchasing software applications SAP
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Languages :
Good knowledge of Dutch & English, French is a plus
