The reception officer provides general administrative support. There will be a very diverse range of tasks, depending on the number of visits or events organized and other needs at the time. You will work at the reception from our headquarters in Lokeren.
We plan to have a team of 3 for the front desk. You will work parttime (4 hours/day) and there will be a short overlap with your colleague when changing shifts. You will report to the Management Assistant who maintains a global overview of your tasks and helps set and/or assign priorities. You will provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
You will be able to help organize work at the reception, since we recently moved to this location and we need a registration system for visitors. You provide administrative and logistical support to other departments. Every day can look different which makes the job very varied and interesting.
